Through a mixture of onsite services and remote work on my part, I can help bring your loved one's estate to a successful resolution. Once we have the opportunity to get to know each other through a complimentary Discovery Call, you, the client, will have a better handle as to how much or how little assistance you need. Are you working on a relatively simple estate but would like some guidance? A short Strategy Session might be all you need. Have no idea where to begin, with a large number of accounts and an overwhelming amount of documents to sort through? My Premium Package will help you feel confident that you have done right by your loved one.
I can help you with everything from searching for lost monies to creating a spreadsheet of all assets, all the way to writing claim letters to financial institutions. With my assistance, you can close an estate more quickly and accurately, preserving assets for the heirs and preventing expense "leakages" in the form of extra property taxes, utilities, and maintenance expenses. In many cases, my fee is greatly outweighed by the financial benefits you gain by administering the estate well and within a reasonable timeframe.
Rates include basic supplies and organizing materials. Payment is by cash or check payable to Legacy Estate Organizing, with 50% at the start of service and 50% at completion. Please also inquire about the option of electronic payment.
Please note that, in most situations, payment for estate-administration services may be paid out of an estate bank account. As always, consult your estate attorney and/or tax preparer with any tax-related questions.
